Beautiful Inside & Out

We had our New Beginnings this month!  I'm sharing our theme idea for all of my Young Women leader friends!  Everyone in this calling knows how much work it is to come up with a fun/creative/new/exciting theme... it's overwhelming!  Mid an hour-long text sesh amongst the presidency I saw an "Inside Out" kids' birthday party idea on Pinterest.  The more we discussed, we knew our theme would be "Beautiful Inside & Out" and talk about how Personal Progress makes you beautiful.

We had a batch of Bing Bong Popcorn with animal cookies white chocolate & sprinkles.

Our Bulletin Board & food.  We did cupcakes with characters printed on the cupcake toppers.  We had cotton candy for Bing Bong and we found these cute "Inside Out" flavored water bottles I believe at Sam's Club.

 These were our cupcakes and a close up of the cute table cloth our 1st counselor made from a few different "Inside Out" fabrics she found.

Our bishop had a great talk about how everyone has different beauty and used Mr. Potato Head figures to show that we can make them similar, but they will all be a little different.  It was awesome!

There was also a great video from Sister Elaine Dalton called "Deep Beauty" that went perfect with our theme (wish I would've been able to get it to play.....) as well as old school JKP (Janice Kapp Perry) "His Image in Your Countenance" as our musical number.
